Warning: If
your email receives confirmations of orders from a
shopping cart you must not import them
into your Outlook. The act of importing is not
secure and it puts the credit card numbers of your
customers at risk.
If your email does not
require secure access then do the following:
Microsoft Outlook:
Select E-mail Accounts
from the Tools drop down menu. The following
dialog should be displayed.
Select Add a new e-mail
account option and press Next
The following dialog will be displayed
Select POP3 option
and press Next
The following dialog will be displayed. Input your
email settings as shown:
Press the More
Settings... Button
The
General
tab will appear. Input
data as show below:
Then select
the Outgoing Server
tab and check the box as shown
below:
The select OK, then
Next and then Finish.
